Mr. Tim Dyer | KSA

Mr Tim Dyer is an expert Advisory Consultant providing transformational leadership and mentoring across the Aerospace, Defence, OGP and Corporate sectors on an international basis for major organisations that require whole life solution development for complex systems and platforms.

His career started in the Military Gas Turbine sector with Rolls Royce and grew to direct and lead complex in-service support solutions for global brands such as the Fairey Group, ABB and Bombardier in senior leadership executive posts.  For the past 14 years he has run a successful consulting practice that has delivered advisory solutions for major brands and prestigious projects in Europe, North America and MENA.

His natural approach to transformation captures the organic capability within a business and provides the leadership and direction to return an organisations resources into value contributors that can understand and visualise the strategic ambition of the business and its end to end enterprise, thereby allowing the Value Chain to grow and deliver the benefit to the balance sheet and service excellence to the end user.

His international career has afforded him the opportunity to deliver solutions and change across numerous countries for companies that have the cost challenge of prime equipment support for enduring operations and long in-service life - such as Schlumberger, Leonardo, Lockheed Martin, AfustaWestlandBell, BAE Systems, QinetiQ, GE and numerous other well respected organisations, covering civil, military, VIP and Governmental portfolios.

He originally qualified in an Engineering discipline but has subsequently acquired qualifications in Business Management and Leadership, various Operational Excellence modules and is now a PhD candidate in International Management and Leadership.  Besides his Consulting practice he also sits as a board member for an International Advisory company that offers Procurement and Supply Chain excellence.
