Dr. Wouter Jacobs is academic director of the executive programme 'Leadership in Commodity Trade and Supply Networks' given at Erasmus University UPT in Rotterdam. He coordinates the elective 'Commodity Trade' in the MSc Supply Chain Management at RSM and the MSc seminar 'Ports and Global Logistics' at the Erasmus School of Economics. Wouter has international experience in academic research and teaching with positions in the Netherlands, Belgium, the UAE, China and the US.

Besides, Mr. Balhuizen has worked for 10 years with Deloitte, focusing on Financial Advisory Services. Mr. Oscar Balhuizen is also Associated Partner with Berkeley and responsible for post merger services. Prior to his association with Berkeley, From 2010 till 2014, Mr. Balhuizen was the Corporate Risk Manager with the largest independent player in the Western European downstream oil market, Argos.
